Shipments to Romania from the UK will have duties payable, including VAT post-Brexit. you can get advice on duties from your freight forwarder and customs agent, but it is best to speak to your accountant or tax advisor for VAT information. Without proper VAT set up to leverage the reciprocal EU and UK agreement, VAT will be liable for payment at the border which will add to your outgoing costs for your goods to clear customs.
