Simon began his career as a trainee production planner in Norfolk, soon progressing to a senior role managing production and staff schedules. He brought his expertise to Barrington Freight in 2007, where he merged his background in logistics and operations. His dedication and leadership led to his appointment as Operations Director in 2021. Today, Simon oversees the day-to-day running of the European logistics department and manages global sea and airfreight operations, building strong relationships with both customers and international suppliers.
