WHAT: Freight Forwarding Internal Sales Manager (Road, Sea, Air & Express)
WHERE: Basildon, Essex SS14
SALARY: £30,000 to £40,000 per annum
Requirements
- Impeccable English language (written and oral)
- Sales experience in the Freight Forwarding Industry
- Experience in Road, Sea, Air & Express freight
- Excellent customer service
- Strong communication skills (written and oral)

- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Experience working with telephones and handling multiple calls and emails daily
- Patience, time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent numeracy skills for accurate and speedy calculation of sales prices, discounts and percentages

Duties
- Liaising with clients
- Strategise
- Explain and aid potential and current clientele
- Identify sales opportunities/strategies
- Answer client queries and maintain a relationship
- To close sales and achieve company targets
